Many leaders believe being effective means being available, accommodating, and endlessly responsive. In reality, this belief often leads to burnout, resentment, and unclear expectations - for everyone involved.

In this 60-minute interactive session, participants will challenge common myths about boundaries and leadership, explore the difference between emotional labor and true responsibility, and learn how to set clear, grounded boundaries without guilt, over-explaining, or fear of rejection.

This session reframes boundaries as an act of clarity, care, and leadership - not withdrawal or conflict - and equips participants with practical language they can use immediately in professional and personal contexts.

Participants will walk away with:

· A new understanding of boundaries as leadership tools

· Clear distinction between emotional labor and responsibility

· Simple, respectful language for saying no without over-explaining

· One actionable boundary they are ready to set
